I am still bouncing between 150 and 154. If I didn't keep trying I would definitely be in 160-ville.
Discipline is remembering what I really want.
Habits are invisible masters.
Junk food does not comfort the body nor the mind.
By not snacking nor having seconds I can save at least 500 calories per day! Wow!
And also by snacking and indulging in seconds I also add more than 500 extra calories a day.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
Even if we lose the race, we are still a winner (just a slow winner).
As long as you keep moving, you are still lapping those on the couch.
Do not take things personally as it is never about us.
