I do wish you luck. As I do not know what number of daily calories you are use to now, I would suggest to slowly cut back that way you are more likely to succeed.
Posting daily helps keep me focused. Although we constantly fall back, instead of using the slip to feel bad and eat -- reflect and learn how to do better next time.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
