Good morning. I'm trying this way to reach my goals of getting healthier. I've got at least 60 pounds I need to shed, (I'd love to lose 100, but trying to be realistic), and I need to get my type II diabetes in control, my blood pressure down, and just feel better about myself. If this helps me to stay on track, Yayy! I work a full time, pretty physically active job Monday thru Friday, and have grandchildren I try to keep up with, but I want more out of life. My husband is a heart patient, and doing pretty well, but could do better. Perhaps I can be inspirational to him if I do better for myself.
Anyway, I'm open to questions and suggestions, and friends. So,...here goes!
