Good Morning Amy and all members out there that are counting calories! If by chance you think you do NOT need to count the calories; it is ok as the body will count them for you! And...not even one calorie will sneak by! That in mind; grab a pencil and a paper and tally up! Let's drop a pound or two together!
when i first started here i was on a low carb diet and started with the cad group..they are wonderful..i still stay there and get alot of encouragement there...if I could be like that teamleader i would be happy
Hi there, my name is Cindy and I am new to this team. I started SP mid January and am doing a mediocre ok job of sticking to a clean diet. There is plenty of room for improvement so I am hoping that this team will help give me that kick in the but I think I need.

I started on a low carb diet. I was on it for 3 months. For that same amount of time I fluctuated from 245 to 242 and back up again, back down again, back up again..for 3 long months. Janrteach on the carb addict team will tell you some of my struggles or if you read some of my blogs. I went back to my doctor(she had put me on the low carb diet in the first place) and told her I wasnt losing any weight. So she then put me on 1200 calories..I lost 8 pounds..I stayed between 12 and 1300 calories.
