Hi! I don't compete in bb or figure but I my dog and I have progressed to the national level in canine frisbee. We have a competition coming up that will be televised by ESPN and Animal Planet. Obviously I want to look at my fit best!! My apparel won't be quite as revealing as a posing suit, but pretty close. I have been following a pretty tight eating plan; not so restrictive as a pre-contest diet, but I won't be judged on my physique, only my dog's performance, so I still get to eat dairy.
I'd still love the support as the countdown continues, and I'm happy to cheer on all the other competitors. The freestyle part of our comp will consist of plenty of leaps, jumps, handstands, and back handsprings (okay, only ONE back handspring) so I do really need to keep up my strength/power in addition to shed fat. Any tips?
