Mel here. I'm a married female college student, looking forward to 50 and to my first college degree in about 2 weeks. I'm finding it harder and harder to keep my weight down but feel good about joining Spark and tracking my food and fitness. I set a goal of 10 lbs for myself but 20 would actually be better. For the first week here, I've tracked what I normally eat and was surprised to find that I'm usually within my target calorie range - since banning cookies and ice cream from the house!
Just call me excited, anxious and hopeful. Fine time to be starting a new career
