Hi Sarah! I just joined this team! I'm working on being better on weekends especially when I'm out with friends or want to go to dinner with my boyfriend.. I like the goal not to weight more on Monday! I'm trying to make healthy versions of our favorite foods at home to save money and calories. I hope you have a good week!
My name is Sarah. Weekends seem to be the hardest time for tracking and paying attention to food intake. I do get my exercise in on the weekends, but doesn't seem to compensate for my food and alcohol intake.
I have a new mini-goal I've created for myself. My goal is to not weigh more on Monday than I did on Friday.
So far, it's working fairly well. I can't wait to meet up with you all.
