This group was written for me!
My weekends are an absolute dieting nightmare for me. I can be as good as gold in the week, but come the weekend I just fall apart!
So far ive managed to cut down on the snacks, or choose lower fat versions. If we go to the cinema at weekend I now take some caramel snack a jacks instead of having a large popcorn.
Slowly but surely I am getting there averaging a 1b a week at mo so not too bad, but I could do better!
