Hello! I joined this challenge for mostly the same reasons. I cook on Sunday evenings then portion them out for the rest of the week. Since I am a busy college student this works best for me. However, also being a college student the drinking and eating out temptations come with Saturdays as well. Will be checking on Saturday afternoons and again in the evenings to help stay on track. Hey everyone. My name is Brandy and I'm not only new to this team but to SparkPeople as well. I joined this team because the weekends are the worst for me. I pretty much undo all the good work I've done through the week. I'm always on the go so it's fast food for me. Plus I cook through the week I don't like cooking on the weekends. I think I'll get the support and motivation from being on this team.
