I guess I want to introduce myself. I am a single mom of 4 children and need to lose 50 lbs. I don't feel fat but if i look at pictures I think "uh, are you serious? that is what I look like? very discouraging. I am pretty active and exercise frequently but difficult to be very consistant. I am also frequently tired. but having 4 kids you can understand that, trying to keep up with housework, yard work and employment is quite a task. I don't eat a lot of calories and i am trying to track everyday, everything. I recently had a Dr. appt. and expressed my concern about not losing weight and if medication could be causing that and response is just my age makes it difficult. I am only 42. I should be able to lose weight! so looking for encouragement so i don't quit before I have started!
