Hi. I just joined.

I decided that I need this. I just had major surgery 3 weeks ago and getting back into the exercise swing is going to be slow. This will help me stay motivated to get in at least 10 minutes exercise a day while recovering. That will be a slow process, 3 - 6 months, but I want to get a little stronger every day.
