I just checked and I have been with SP for almost three years!

I am okay with physical exercise, do at least an hour every day, get my 2,500 activity minutes, each month, it is such an ingrained habit that I think only injury will stop me. I am currently having problems with one of my knees and am coping with an ACL band.

Food is currently a major issue and I am not yet ready to address it.

What I want to focus on is guitar practice, something I have been avoiding with no real idea why.

So, my 10 minute a day fitness goal is playing classical guitar 10 minutes a day. It is trackable on fitbit.
