I retired at the end of 2011. I was 65, out of shape and 80 lbs overweight. I found SP in late 2012 and it has helped me turn my life around. I am now down 40 lbs and have gradually gotten into much better shape. Although I just recently found this team it has become one of my favorites. What I really appreciate about it is the 10 min goal. Most days I can do more but on days when I can't I feel good knowing I accomplished my 10 min goal. Used to I didn't feel like I accomplished anything unless I did at least 20-30 minutes of continuous activity. I am wondering if some of you had similar unrealistic notions? At any rate I should add that my efforts have enabled me to put off having a TKR which I was told I would need due to a lateral menisectomy I had on my left knee about 15 years ago. And, since then good ole arthritis has set in.
