I have been doing exercise since around the beginning week in April, but sometimes on the weekends I let myself slip up and get less than 10 minutes, which is something I have to put a stop to. So I decided this is probably the team for me.
My name is Alisha and I am from southern MN. I am 37 years old and have a dog named Graysen, who loves to go on walks with me. I have steadily been increasing my step goal from 2,000 steps a day. I am now on 2,250-2,500 steps a day and plan to increase that very soon, since it seems too easy. I chart everything I eat and have lost 40 pounds since this time last year. I have a lot of health problems, so losing weight is helping to make those a lot better. Hopefully I will lose enough weight for them to go away permanently.
