Hi, my name is Diane. This seems like another team that I am going to enjoy being a part of. I am one who will exercise, but I sometimes get tired of doing the same routine. Looks like this team will be able to give me some pointers on a variety of activities to get my body moving.

Hi! I am Barb. I have been a member of SP since last May. I belong to a few different teams. But when I saw this one, I felt it really applied to me..always looking for something I can do when I take those short breaks..Im am really glad I joined!!

Hey there fellow Sparkies,
was looking for a thread where all New 10min Sparkies could say a wee hello, couldn't find one so thought i would be a wee cheeky chops and Sparkstart one myself.

My name is Diane, i have been a member for a fair few years, however it is only now that i have made that serious commitment to time, energy, and commitment in order ton SparkStart my Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle. The 10 Minute Fitness Club is the perfect way for me to incorporate that consistency that we need in order to train oor wee brains into getting into the routine we so need.

That is the reason why i have joined this group before i venture out into the Bigger Wider World of Sparkies. One thing at a time, one day at a time, one goal at a time and hopefully one success at a time shall follow.
