Hi 4 year sparker here, but have a new ankle injury and will be committing to strength and aerobic encounters 10 minutes at a time. I really hate exercise videos (in the past) but found some palatable ideas in chair zumba and think I could get over my prejudices to keep my ankle safe and body moving in 10 minute chunks.
