Hello my name is Charlotte Myers-Dick. Part of me thinks I need to start this introduction as " Hello my name is Charlotte and I am a yo-yo dieter.' LOL! But the truth is I just have no self control. There I have said it and there is no taking it back. I know what I need to do, but the doing part is where I have my problems.
One of my biggest road block is my husband. He means well but for the most part he feels we can't afford to buy healthy food; and yeah money is tight but we can do a little better then what we buy, and I do try. I also have a few health problems I have to learn to work around. there's is the bad back, bad feet, frozen shoulder, and so on. I know this does not mean I can do any kind of exercise, so I have to look and find what I can do and stop looking at what I can't do.
So here we go day of my new get off my ass and do the work if i want to loss the weight plan!
