I am a 28 y/o single mother who is tired of being overweight and unhealthy. I have always been on the plus size, but when I saw that my daughter was starting to take the same path that I went down, I definitely knew it was time for a very important change. I have already began going to the doctor regularly to check on my vitals and blood work every month and have lost 26 pounds since March, but don't feel like I'm touching on everything possible to help me towards a healthier lifestyle for my family and I. I joined sparks people last year, but wasn't being serious about changing. But now, I can confidently say that I want to change my eating habits, I want t work towards a healthier life for my daughter and I am willing to say "I need help!!" Weight loss is not something that is best done on your own, so I am seeking out others who want to embark on this journey to a happier and healthier self.
