Thanks guys! I had never thought of window shopping. It was one of my favorite past times where I used to live. I just haven't gotten into here, mostly because there really isn't any place like I'm used to down here in southern WV.

I am looking for a park or something like to get in my walks. I usually do 2-4 miles a day during the workday. I miss not walking on the weekends.

Stay motivated by setting smaller, obtainable goals.

Starting weight - 250
1 - 230 lbs - Done!!
2 - 210 lbs - Done!
3 - 190 lbs
4 - 170 lbs
5 - 150 lbs

Now that the weather is finally starting to get nice, find a park or outdoor trail on go on a walk. You can just start with 10 minutes.

If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.

Just hang in there. You are doing it during the week. Go window shopping on the weekend. That way you get in some activity.

Hello, my name is Peggy. I've been a member of SP since the very end of last year. I've had a problem iwth inactivity since I started college. Right now, I'm doing a really good job during the work week because I have a workout buddy. We're lucky enough to have a full fitness center in our building, so we work out twice a day. However, both of us work 4x10s and have a three day weekend. That is when we get into trouble. Neither one of us is good at making sure we get our exercise in over the weekend. (sigh!!)
