Hi, my name is Dennis and I started with sparkpeople on 1/8/2013 because I liked this sites goals of helping people lose weight and in the process change peoples lives for the better. My goal it to lose 60 pounds over this year which would put me under 200 pounds for the first time in 20 years. I started playing tennis which has been a great aid to my weight loss to date. In the first three months I've lost 22 pounds which puts me a third of the way to my present goal. I hope to meet many of you over the coming months as we attempt to change our lives as well as others. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me and hopefully I can give you.
