Howdy and welcome to Spark People! What has worked for me in the past 16 months is consistency - so that is why I am here. Since my motivation lags, the Team really helps me maintain mobilization on my goals. Trackers, Community involvement in general and READING all the articles I can get my eyes on - always learning - are also very important. I built my own exercise plan from teeny-weeny to fairly challenging (for me, at age 60, with arthritis!).
