Start with a goal and work on a plan to accomplish that goal. You say you want to lose 70 lbs, but what is the deadline for this? Lose 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy pace for losing weight. So you could make your goal for 35-40 weeks from now.
Use the trackers on the site. They will give you insight on what you need to change for a healthy lifestyle. Before I made any changes to my diet I started tracking all my food for a week to see where I was starting. Then I need where I needed to cut back or add to make my diet healthier.
Exercise! Start with 10 minutes. Everyone can find 10 minutes to workout. Find ways to add more activity to your day. Stand up while talking on the phone, walk to a co-worker's office instead of calling or shooting them an email. Park further away. All these little things will help to get you started.

Help? I have no idea where to even begin! But I DO KNOW I HAVE GOT TO MAKE SOME MAJOR CHANGES!!! I quit smoking 2 & 1/2 years ago! YAY ME! :) But I've packed on the pounds since then and having a sedentary job and lifestyle certainly don't help! I need to stop being a couch potatoe and get moving and cut out the junk food and start eating healthy, but I've tried so many times before and I have no will power!~ Need to loose around 70 lbs and at this point, ... it just seems impossible!
