Hello everybody! I just joined sparkpeople and I like it so far. I work a physical job but I stay at the same weight range. I intend to have 10 minutes of activities outside of work, I work in construction, so I walk, climb ladders or stairs and general movement all day. I think I need to more cardio or maybe weight training to jolt my body awake. I don't really know. I know my upper body strength is not as good as my lower body.

I would like to get down to 175 lbs before breast reduction surgery in March 2013. If I have to wait until after surgery, and the loss of approx 4-6 lbs off my chest, then I will.
