It sounds like you have some great reasons to get healthy. Start with small changes. Walk for 10 minutes a day and build from there. Try to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables. And don't expect miracles. Keep in mind that you want to be healthy and you're not in a race to see how fast you can lose weight.

H, i am a 40 year old obese woman. My weight is affecting my health. I have been told time and time again if i lose weight i will feel a heck alot better physically and emotionally. I have sleep apnea,I have been sleeping with a cpap machine close to 5 months now. And i suffer from depression and low self esteem. My joints and my muscles ache alot i dont know if its arthritis or just my weight. I am on a mission to get healthy and lose weight.
