I'm finally getting into exercise. It surprises me how much I'm enjoying exercise since I started biking again. I like sparkpeoples approach starting slow goal setting etc I feel like I will meet my fitness goals this time! I just hope I stay motivated to exercise when winter comes. I'm hoping joining this group will help with that! emoticon
