I am 62 years old a mother of 2 and grandmother of 5, great grandmother of 1. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago am doing well but not in remission yet. i want to learn how to be healthy and need to lose 50 lbs. I do not have a lot of energy and stay tired, so trying to excersise is challanging. Hoping sparkpeople can help me get started. I need all the help i can get.
