I think you're in the right place! 10 minutes can do wonders, and doing too much too soon can be a disaster. Consistency is key, whether it's 10 minutes once a day or 5 minutes twice a day. Whatever works for you with your health issues is what's right. We're here to support you.

I joined this team because with some of my health issues 10 minute exercises a day is something I can do..happy to be here with you all.
