I love the fact that I only need 10 minutes of exercise a day. I consider that baby steps and doing it on a daily basis to me is CONSISTENCY. That's all that's needed to be successful with my weight loss. I love it. That I can accomplish and even increase for longer timeframes, if I so choose. I love it and I have been successful with this concept!
There are lots of ways to squeeze in 10 minutes. If you watch TV at all, just spend the first 10 minutes marching in place in front of the TV. Then you can work your way up to more challenging exercises (throw in some jumping jacks), adding minutes, walking outside, etc.
