This weeks challenge is eating freggies, complex carbs, and lean protein each day. Also working through the Mind Over Body lessons to help control emotional eating. Also lots of very supportive people there. One hint...limit the number of teams you jump into as it can get overwhelming quickly with the email notifications and different challenges to track.
