If you could only choose ONE exercise to do, walking is the best! It requires no equipment, no water, and can be done anywhere by most everyone. I have read a book by a diet doctor that said that a person's cholesterol will start to fall in a few weeks just by walking, even before any weight loss.
There are many teams to choose from and you can belong to as many, or as few, as you wish. There are teams based on country, date of joining, age, religion, eating habits, medical problems, hobbies et al. Just look at the tool bar in the upper right hand side of your computer screen and click on "communities". You can type in an interest or topic and see if there is a team that might interest you.
