There are tons of teams and depends a lot on what you are interested in and what motivates you. Personnally I love the Weekly Challenge team. The leaders post a time specific challenge that works on specific areas and they mix it up a lot. The challenges are great motivators for me and the team members have been very supportive and active in the discussions. Try several teams and find a few that work for you. If it gets overwhelming or your not comfortable with a team you can always unsubscribe.

Regarding the teams, just look For subjects you are interested in...

Dear Team Member from Crotia, welcome!

If you could only choose ONE exercise to do, walking is the best! It requires no equipment, no water, and can be done anywhere by most everyone. I have read a book by a diet doctor that said that a person's cholesterol will start to fall in a few weeks just by walking, even before any weight loss.

There are many teams to choose from and you can belong to as many, or as few, as you wish. There are teams based on country, date of joining, age, religion, eating habits, medical problems, hobbies et al. Just look at the tool bar in the upper right hand side of your computer screen and click on "communities". You can type in an interest or topic and see if there is a team that might interest you.

Yes! You can burn calories by walking. If you put walking into your fitness tracker (time and speed) and it will tell you how many calories you will burn. You might also want to check out the workout videos as they have some that are seated workouts for people with limited mobility and you can adjust as you need to.

Stick with it! You can reach your goals if you keep at. emoticon

Good Evening my new friends!
This is my first day and I am still little confused.I have chronic pain and I am overweight so I will ask you what about walking.......can I burn any calories just by walking?
I will read other posts here,but so far I didn't find anything.
