Hi,and thanks so much. I've been at this for almost 2 years now but not having the greatest success going it alone, so I decided to join a group, and I'm glad I did!

Welcome to the team! I hope you find the support and help you need. You might also check out the Weekly Challenge team. I personally find the time limited challenges a great motivator and a way to help me guide my workouts, etc. When we all get together we can all do it! emoticon

Stick to this team in particular. 10 minutes a day is all it takes so long as you do your 10 minutes every day consistently. Extend that workout as you get stronger. It works. Take it from someone who knows. On top of that, on the rough days, 10 minutes is acceptable and doable so you'll be assured of continuing on with your routine.

I have been struggling with my weight since I was about 10 years old, but have reached an age where I can't seem to lose like I used to. I'm hoping to get some inspiration from somenice people who are in the same boat,and maybe even help someone else too.
