Stick to this team in particular. 10 minutes a day is all it takes so long as you do your 10 minutes every day consistently. Extend that workout as you get stronger. It works. Take it from someone who knows. On top of that, on the rough days, 10 minutes is acceptable and doable so you'll be assured of continuing on with your routine.
I have been struggling with my weight since I was about 10 years old, but have reached an age where I can't seem to lose like I used to. I'm hoping to get some inspiration from somenice people who are in the same boat,and maybe even help someone else too.
