emoticon on losing weight. You are getting closer to your goal! Here's your kick! I think what helps me is finding something I enjoy. I currently work out at home and run/walk outside. When I was going to the gym to workout, I loved doing spinning, tabata, pilates, yoga, and ST exercises on the machines. Find something that works for you!

Hi, my name is Liz and I'm new. My start weight was 244 lbs and now I'm 169.4 ibs. My goal weight is 150 ibs.
My biggest problem is exercising. I need a kick in the butt to get to the gym. My goal is to go atleast 3 times a week.
