This is a great team to help you make that lifestyle change Vicki! If you just shoot for 10 minutes a day it usually turns into more. If I just get started most of the time I do more. Sparkguy's 10 Minute Fitness Club Group Forum really helps me a lot too. We post our activity most everyday and try to keep a streak going. We post our ups and downs and how we get past those hurdles and celabrate our accomplishments. At first it's hard to keep a streak going for a few days but before you know it you've kept it going a week, then 10 days, then 20 then 30. Before you know it you look back and you've exercised almost every day in a month and think to yourself "Wow!! Who is that person? I never thought I could do that." Glad you are here! Im 32, at least 80lbs to loose. I have struggled with my weight since 1998 when I graduated high school. I seem to not be able to stay motivated for more than 2 months at a time. Hoping with all the Facebook pages I have become a part of and with this site, books I have gotten to read and a few dedicated friends, this will be the year I make the change from "dieting" to a healthy lifestyle!!
