Hi! Well, I've stagnated since starting on Sparkpeople...I think it was last year but may have been year before! I was going to say my weight hasn't changed but then I realized I have lost 9 lbs in the past year! Yay for me!!! However...I was going to say my weight hasn't changed since the fall but I was 214 in January. So, I am slowly losing but I want to accelerate the weight loss hence EXERCISING!!! I will be aiming for the minimum of 10 minutes per day! I am ready for a long term significant change in my weight, health, and fitness! I love the support from sparkpeople! Thank you everyone!
