Hello!!! My name is Russ Miller. I just recently joined sparkpeople. Someone suggested it to me as a way to help reduce my weight, blood pressure, blood sugar levels. My last A1C was 13.1 and normal for me should be 6.5. Blood pressure as through the roof and now exhibiting chest pains. Things have to change. The doctor put me on an 1800 calorie a day diet so that in short is why I need sparkpeople. Im still learning and have a ways to go so any assistance from you veterans out there would be greatly appreciated.
