I agree, I have been in spark before but burned myself out by setting my goals to high at first. I also joined this group because this is a goal I can handle without burning my self out. If I do more, great.
10 minutes is a great way to start. Doing too much too soon can lead to injury. And if the time commitment is much higher than 10 minutes at first, it's easy to make excuses about why you don't have time for exercise.
I am not new to spark, but my committment is at a new level. I have been successful with Spark before, only to lose my self control. I am back to be successful.
I live in MN and am looking forward to enjoying the warm weather of the spring and summer. I have never joined a challenge before and found the 10 minuete work out a day here and jumped to it. This is a challenge I should be able to handle.
