The Nutrition Tracker has been the most useful tool for me on the site. It took me a while to figure out how to use it properly though, even though I had read the instructions.

Hi there, I'm a 30 something girl (still don't think I'm a grown-up). Sshh! I'll be 40 next year.
I've got a lot of weight to lose and need to increase my exercise (which shouldn't be hard as I don't do any at the moment )
I follow a healthy eating plan and I've noticed that I need online support and came across this... It looks great on here, albeit a bit confusing, but I'm sure I'll find my way around, eventually ;-)
I just wanted to say hi!! and throw myself into the deep end and hopefully completely immerse myself as I need lots of motivation... I didn't get to where I am today (big & unfit) with lots of will power, but rather the lack of it.
I'm in a good place and long may it continue.
Hope to 'see' lots of you all!!
