Hi, Lupe, and welcome to Spark People! You certainly have a dynamite plan. Great start! And be sure to start slow, in order to avoid discouragement and soreness - my reason for joining the Ten Minute Fitness Club was because I hated the thought of exercise but I could manage 10 minutes a day. Once I managed that I found another ten here and another ten there worked really well for me. I am pushing 60 and regained so much physical function from my "little exercise program" I can't thank Spark People enough! So you go for it and learn all you can from the site about motivation and health!
You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

Hello Sparkspeople, I am 42 yrs old and my goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and getting toned, fit and eating healthy. My eating habits are awful. I dont drink water, I am a sugar freak and I love big cups of coffee with milk. I dont exercise; actually I am scheduled to meet up with a gym rep Wednesday. My goal is to go to the gym at least 4 days per week. I know at first it is going to be hard to go because for me it is better to go with a friend. I dont know, maybe its me. It motivates me.
