I know what you mean by sitting all day. It might be easier to start with small changes in your eating habits. Have you tried taking some healthier snacks to work? Like fruit or raw veggies? Instead of cutting out fast food completely right away, maybe have less. Get a sandwich, but skip the fries so you can have the healthy snack you brought in. Then start going for healthier options on the sandwich, grilled chicken instead of fried, the regular burger instead of the double, etc. Before you know it you'll be seeing and feeling the results.

Hi there I'm a 40 year old woman that works in a profession where I'm sitting for 12 hours at a time and everyone wants to eat fast food. So I have some big changes to make. I'm starting at 280 and want to get to at least 175. Anyways, I live in Georgia :) about 30 miles south west of Atlanta. I just bought my first house by myself and I'm ready for a lot of new changes :)
