Hi fellow 'Sparkies'
tried this site a few years ago for a few months and drifted off. Recently having had an abnormal result on my kidney function Sparkworld was the one place I knew where I can hope to control my protein intake, also check potassium, sodium and other elements I must avoid or curtail. I remembered before that when I used Sparkpeople my diet was erring on the protein side and the thing is even bread contains it, especially oat bread, trying to be healthy needs rethinking for me so here goes
