Hello People, I am Tammy, I signed up for this challenge but I only kept up with the first week online, I did do some ten minutes exercises for a while longer than a week, then I have stopped I work 40 hours a week and I take the bus to work so with my lunch hour Im away from home at least 50 hours week not including shopping for groceries and such, plus its late night shift so when I get off work I just want to go home and sleep... but IM BACK and Im going to Planet Fitness 5 days a week for at least an hour day Tue-Sat. I will start my workout at 8am every morning. I want to loose about 60 lbs. My goal set for max 2lb week by Aug 1st my birthday is only 36 lbs, so Im going to start with that .... I feel like I eat healthy a lot of times but sometimes I do binge eat. I have tried Lipozene, Diet Dots, and other diet pills. I need to exercise more but when I start out I get so sore.... I just dont like doing it alone but I am gonna give it a go .. I WANT TO BE A LOSER !!!!
