I am new to sparkpeople as of today, but I started my quest to lose weight on Feb 20, 2012. I am looking to get healthy, drop massive amount of weight, and feel better in general. Also trying to increase my chances of becoming pregnant. So far I am down 16.5 lbs, wanting to lose 100 in a year. I am looking to buy a Polar heart rate monitor so if anyone has any tips on what to look for or what they love/hate about the one they have, please share. I have a sit down job as a 911 Telecommunicator and I work 3rd shift, so I usually hit the gym 3-4 times per week at approx 0630 hrs. And I am also doing a 60 day workout challenge that I started on Monday of this week, that I do at home. Jumping jacks, crunches, sit-ups, things like that.
