My name is Jaime and I joined spark a few weeks ago. and I can tell you it has helped me in many ways. I am learning to record everything and anything on here. The worst part is I do not have a computer at home so I cant get the maximum points on the weekend. Only track ,my foot and water.
I have been using all of the features and have met some great people as well as learned alot. I was looking for another group to join and that is what has landed me here.
I am currently looking to loose around 70 pounds. And i am taking this one day at a time.
I have lost 15 so far. I have a ways to go. But I am confident I will get there this time!!
My work constists of a lot of walking, wii fit, wii zumba and the 10 min trainer videos. LOVE them all. The weather is just starting to get great in PA and I am looking forward to being able to take longer walks.
