I'm Beth, I'm a student from the Staffordshire/Shropshire area. I'm nearly 20 and I decided that I needed to start doing something like this after I went to A&E twice last month with really bad abdominal pain and was told that I could have gall stones. They didn't tell me it was because of weight or anything, but they said it was linked to fatty foods, and I've since found out that they can be caused by fatty foods and excess alcohol. Alcohol levels have dramatically dropped this academic year anyway, but I need motivation to cut the c**p from my diet and do more exercise!

I've just done my first 15 minutes of exercise, it nearly killed me, it was some kind of walk, jog, run thing because I have 0 stamina. I did it though!! :)
