Hi, Stephanie and welcome to Spark People! I have been here since last August and losing weight and even exercising, thanks to the 10-minutes-a-day Team. I figured the Spark Guy was right, I can do ten minutes of exercise - that's easy. And have been working up daily to 35 minutes three times a week with 10-30 inbetween. Even this little bit has made a huge difference in my strength, energy and functioning, not to mention made the weight loss and improvement in my appearance faster. There are lots of other Teams to look into as well as a mountain of articles and information to digest. Have fun. See ya 'round the site!
