Hi! I'm new to this forum. I've set countless fitness and weight loss goals, and failed repeatedly. But, thankfully I haven't given up! I learned that I have a tendency to set unreasonable goals that don't take into account my physical disabilities...I'm still adjusting to my limitations. I like the idea of setting a simple, clear goal like 10 minutes of exercise every day.
10 minutes a day for me will be a definite challenge. Some days I can't even walk without passing out. But, I can do 10 minutes of exercises from the floor or staying seated on those days.
Today was a good day, so I was able to do 10 minutes of yoga stretching, then 10 minutes of walking. Yea!
