Thank you for the welcomes. :) The reason I became so unfit was due to 3 shoulder surgeries, arthritis, sciatic pain and Fibromyalgia. I finally had to quit work, which was devastating to me, and also took away the routine exercise I got while walking the halls of the hospital. Now I am told I have emphysema, so that adds to my short workout time right now.
After being here for only a week, I can see that I already am starting to slide back into my old lazy routine, so I came back here to write a bit. Thank you for reading my ramblings.
I just joined this week and I have been extremely sedentary for a couple years now. So far I have worked out from 3 minutes to now 5 minutes a day. Taking it slow but I hope to get to 10 minutes soon! My daughters are so happy that I am doing this, and I hope to be a grandma for a long time.
