It won't throw your sleep schedule off , as long as you get 7-8 hours sleep once you get home. If you maintain those hours all the time you'll be ok. Just be sure to track everything and exercise after you wake up.

hey everyone my name is Jenn im 23 from mass. ive been over weight my whole life im ready for a change! i face a challenge everynight, i work the 3rd shift (11pm-7am) which places my sleep and eatting schudle off. im ready to do what it takes to be fit for not only 2012 but for the rest of my life!!
