You can get your 10 minutes by doing little things during the day:
1. Park further away in the parking lot and walk (whether at work or the store)
2. Get up every hour and walk down the hallway
3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator
4. When you go to the mailbox, instead of getting the mail and going back to the house, walk a few houses down and back.
All of these things count as activity and are a great way to get started on this 10 minute/day journey!
