Just be sure to NOT think of how much total you have to lose - take it a little at a time. Set short term goals first and be sure to plan little rewards when you reach them. One important goal is simple consistency - checking in on the site daily is a good one, to track food and exercise and touch base with friends. That sure keeps me going! Hey all, my SIL (sisterinlaw) told me about this site and from what I have seen I think I will really like it.........I just have to remember to check in here and really use it for the best results. I'm just starting and have what seems like way too many l b's to lose. I love to encourage others and hate to admit how much I really need encouragement.
